1. About This Privacy Policy and Our Commitments

We process Personal Data only when we have a valid legal basis: Contractual Necessity, Legitimate Interests, Legal Obligation, or your Consent.

 

2. Information We Collect (By User Type and Source)

2.1 External User Information

Data is collected from interactions with our customers, rewards programs, website visitors, public inquiries, business communications, and during the workforce engagement process.

A. Direct Input (Rewards Program, Web Inquiry)

  •      Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, location (for business inquiries).
  •      Rewards & Account Data: Rewards program identifier, points balance, and enrollment date.

B. Vending Transaction Data

  •      Identified Purchase History: Transaction-level data (items purchased, amount, time/date) linked to your rewards account.
  •      Vending Transaction Data: Items purchased, purchase amount, time/date of purchase, and the fixed physical address of the machine (for operational and inventory purposes, not to track the precise mobile location of the individual user).

C. Partners (Third-Party Providers)

  •      Payment Token Data: A non-sensitive payment token, payment status, and charge details (Collected from the Payment Processor).
  •      Machine & Operations Data: Machine identifiers, diagnostics, stock levels, error reports, and activity logs (Collected from the Vending Management Platform).

D. Automatic (Passive Data/Website Usage)

  •      General Device Data: Internet protocol (IP) addresses, computer type, operating system, and platform type.
  •      Site Usage Metrics: Browsing history, search terms, number of clicks, referring/exit pages, date/time stamp, and time spent on the website/digital interface.
  •      Interaction Patterns: Products and services viewed (including advertisements displayed), and internet service provider (ISP).

2.2 Internal User Workforce Information

Data is collected from job applicants, current and former employees, and independent contractors.

  •      Recruitment & Identity Data: Job application data, CV/resume, education/employment history, references, government IDs, and background checks.
  •      Financial & Payroll Data: Bank account information, tax filings (e.g., W-4), and compensation details.
  •      Health & Benefits Data: Emergency contact information, benefit enrollment details, and basic medical information.
  •      Workplace Data: Performance reviews and disciplinary records.

3. How We Use Your Information (Purpose Specification)

We use the Personal Data we collect for the following business purposes:

  •      Rewards Program Administration: To enroll you, track purchases and points, and fulfill rewards and discounts.
  •      Service & Transaction Fulfillment: To process and confirm purchases via third party vendor, generate receipts, and fulfill orders.
  •      Remote Operations and Diagnostics: To monitor machine health and inventory via the third-party vendor platform.
  •      Customer Support and Communications: Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot problems, process refunds, and send relevant updates, communications, or quotes/information requests.
  •      Direct Marketing (Identified Users): To send personalized marketing and promotional offers via email or phone to individuals who explicitly provided their contact information.
  •      Third-Party Contextual Advertising: To display ads from external partners based on the machine’s context (e.g., location, time of day) rather than individual user data.
  •      Improvement & Experience: To evaluate interest in products, improve our Services and customer experience, security measures and fraud prevention.
  •      Workforce Administration: To recruit, hire, manage payroll, administer benefits, and conduct performance reviews.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We DO NOT sell or rent your personal data. We share your information only when necessary to fulfill our legitimate business purposes or comply with the law.

4.1 Sharing with Service Providers and Partners

We share your information with the following service providers who are contractually restricted from retaining, using, and disclosing the data for any purpose other than providing the contracted services on our behalf (sometimes referred to as "Processors"):

  •      Payment Processors: To securely process payments and handle chargebacks.
  •      Vending Management Platform: To enable remote machine management, inventory reporting, and diagnostics.
  •      Technology Partner: To coordinate software access, technical support, and operational services related to the vending platform.

4.2 Disclosure for Third-Party Advertising (No Sharing of Customer Data)

We DO NOT share Vending Transaction Data or Customer Identifiers with third-party advertisers. Third-party advertising is based on contextual data and non-personal data.

4.3 Legal and Corporate Disclosures

Data is shared as required to comply with applicable regulatory and/or legal requirements or processes (subpoenas, court orders), or to protect our rights or property.

 

5. Cookies, Tracking, and Advertising Choices

5.1 Use of Cookies and Tracking

We and our partners use Tracking Technologies on our website and payment interface for essential functionality, security, and performance analysis. You may also manage your preferences for non-essential tracking technologies through the cookie management banner available on our website. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings.

5.2 Interest-Based Advertising (IBA) Controls

As we DO NOT share Personal Data with third-party advertising partners, the advertising you see on our vending machine screens is purely Contextual (based on machine location or time of day) and Non-Personal.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor the Global Privacy Control signal sent by certain browsers, which acts as a universal opt-out request regarding website tracking.

 

6. Data Security, Retention, and International Transfer

6.1 Data Security and Protection Measures

We take appropriate security measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6.2 Data Retention Policy

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. Once the retention period expires or the data is no longer necessary, we will securely destroy or permanently anonymize the Personal Data.

6.3 International Data Transfer

Your information may be transferred to, and processed in, the United States. We rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure that Personal Data transferred outside of a regulated region receives an adequate level of protection.

This section applies only to California residents and serves as our notice as a "Business" subject to the relevant statutory requirements. (CCPA/CPRA Applicability)

  •      Categories of Personal Information Collected and Shared: We collect Identifiers, Customer Records, Commercial Information, Internet Activity, fixed location of the machine, and Professional/Employment-Related Information.
  •      Financial Incentive Notice (Rewards Program): Our rewards program is a Financial Incentive. By participating, you allow us to collect and use your Identified Purchase History to calculate and award benefits. You may opt out of the program at any time by contacting us as detailed in Section 7.2, but doing so will forfeit your accrued benefits.
  •      Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell or share Personal Information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

 

10. General Provisions

10.1 Changes to Policy

This Policy may be changed from time to time. We reserve the right to amend the Privacy Policy at any time, for any reason. The date of the last revision to the Privacy Policy will be indicated with the updated Policy "Effective Date."

10.2 Severability

If any provision of this Policy is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Policy shall remain in full force and effect.
