Are there any royalties or ongoing fees paid to BetterHealth Vending?
No. Unlike a traditional franchise model, our program allows you to run your business without the burden of royalties. BetterHealth Vending offers lifetime mentorship and support without ever charging you a percentage of your revenue. 
Is there a minimum investment required to become a Channel Partner?
Yes, we require a minimum initial order of five (5) machines. Exceptions may apply.  At BetterHealth Vending, our goal is to support your professional business growth, not a hobby or side hustle. We feel strongly that starting with at least five machines is necessary to maximize your Return on Investment (ROI) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR), while ensuring you can meet minimum order quantities for products. 
Do I get an exclusive territory as a Channel Partner?
Currently, we do not sell or "lock in" specific territories as a standard practice. This allows our partners more flexibility in where they place their machines. However, if your business plan requires a specific protected territory, this is something that can be negotiated during the application process. 
What kind of machines and software will I be using?
 BetterHealth Vending is a premier partner with Daedalus Distribution, LLC, the master reseller and service center for Vendekin smart digital machines and software. You will be using cutting-edge, touchless, and cashless technology that provides real-time data and a premium user experience. 
What is the warranty and how is support handled for the machines?
Every machine comes with a full 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, which can be extended for further peace of mind. All equipment orders and spare parts are managed through Daedalus Distribution, LLC, ensuring you have a direct line to a dedicated US-based service center for
any technical needs. 
Where do I buy the products for my machines?
We help move you beyond retail shopping at big-box stores like Sam’s Club or Costco. We set you up with professional distributors so you can source the high-quality, healthy, and functional food and drinks that our brand is known for, often at better wholesale pricing.
